Certification Process When a new student signed up to join the program, this document
was sent to them so that clear expectations of the Certification Process were communicated.

Report Card This Report Card was used by the field representative to grade effective
of the student when presenting to a customer to ascertain their readiness to sell Lattice products on their own.

Certification Certificate To celebrate the completion of the Certification Process
requiring completion of training modules, quizzes, software demos and customer visits, the successful
candidates was presented with this custom Certificate. Presented ceremoniously by the local Sales Manager.
